Payment Policy :
– Deposit of the first night will charged upon reservation.
– All the payment will be made at check in.
– Service fee of 5% will be charged per room per night.
– All major credit cards accepted
– Incidental security deposit of $100 is applicable upon Check-In. 


Check-in/out Policy :

– Check In: 3:00PM
– Check Out: 11:00 AM
– Early Check-In: $20
– Late Check-Out: $10

Guarantee Policy :
– A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
– For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the hotel;
– Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.

RESERVATIONS MADE WITH DECLINED OR INSUFFICIENTLY FUNDED CREDIT CARDS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.  

Children Policy :

– Child under 12-year old: free of charge.
– Any children above 12-year old: $20/person/room/night.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy : This policy defines how to handle cancellations:
– If cancellation/amendment is made 10 days prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
– If cancellation/amendment is made within 10 days of arrival, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged.
– In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.

There will be NO REFUND for early departure and cancelation received for same day arrival. Guest will be charge full amount of reservation.

ROOMS ARE GUARANTEED UNTIL 6 PM.
Please call by 6 PM to ensure that your room is held. If you wish to check-in after hours, please contact the front desk to arrange a late arrival.

* The refund process will take approximately 24-48 Hours. A refund fee of $25  will be applied. Please notify us at info@wellsmoodymotel.com when you receive the refunded amount.

Complaints or Comments:
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our motel should be made in the first instance to the motel’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately.
 
Smoking Policy:
We are a non-smoking property. If found smoking inside property, penalty of $250 is applicable.

Pet Policy:
We are not a Pet-Friendly hotel. If pets found inside our rooms without our knowledge, penalty of $250 is applicable. Sorry, NO pets allowed, only Services Animals as defined by the ADA are allowed. Please inform at our front desk.

General information:
No Cooking in our rooms.

NO ADA rooms. Parking is free for the guest.
